You can make a living gift starting at $25.00 to honor a friend or loved one, and send a message of hope and caring.  Your friend or loved one will receive a tribute on our website tribute page.  Simply click on the online payment link below and you will be transferred to our online catalog.  Select the donations/honorary gift item in the amount you wish to give.

Note: After making your tax-deductible gift, you will receive a receipt from the Foundation and appropriate tax information for your records.  The Foundation will also contact you to obtain the tribute information.
